I was really stuck in my neck and ribs and could not get myself out of trouble. Within 20 minutes, Jason had me moving and out of pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I've been going to Sam for over a year now for chronic back pain. It was particularly bad these past few days so Sam suggested dry needling and it changed the game for me. Was finally ready to do something about my TMJD and went to see Dr Jason. What he did far exceeded my expectations and my jaw not only has felt the best it has in years, but I can feel it sitting differently after his adjustment. Will look forward to all my sessions in the future knowing I have an option for relief!

Came to town for a powerlifting meet and was suffering from some tightness in my back. Dr. Norgaard was able to get me in on Saturday before my meet and work on some soft tissue. Everything felt great! Wish I lived closer so we could keep working on it but I'll be back when I come to town to visit family.

Dr. Durnas has the knowledge and experience to zone in on what you need to maintain your body alignment. I've had some very painful experiences with pinched nerves in my lower back and sciatica. Dr. Durnas is the only chiropractor that has been able to get me back to normal again so I can live my daily life without pain. ~ Chella

My father in law is a hard working man that rarely shows emotion. He doesnt talk about pain until it is extremely bad. He walked into Dr Durnas's office very grumpy ans walked out with a large smile on his face. He ket saying how strong the doctor was and was showing me how he can now bend over. I highly recommend Action Chiropractic and Dr. Durnas. I was having lower back pain and feel much better after just a single visit. He cracked and stretched my back and lower body to address the root cause of the issue. Also gave me some stretches and advice to keep the pain from returning.
